Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ChrisRevenue AI collects, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself.
- Your uploads: photos, garment and product images you add to characters and projects.
- Your work: stories, scene text, generated images and clips, and the settings you used to make them.
- Billing: Stripe handles payment. We store your Stripe customer id, plan, and a record of credits bought and spent. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage: which pages you open and when, so the studio can show you what is running and so we can see how the site is used. We store no IP addresses in analytics and we ignore bots.
How we use it
- To run the studio: build stories, generate media, stitch videos and keep your projects.
- To send the emails you need: verification, password resets, receipts, and a note when a video finished while you were away. We do not send marketing emails.
- To keep the service safe: fraud checks, abuse prevention, content moderation.
- To check, if you bought the Viral AI Video System from https://chrisrevenue.com, whether your email qualifies for free starter credits.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments.
- AI model providers (currently fal.ai for images and video and Anthropic for story writing) receive the prompts and reference images needed to generate your content. They process it to return results and, under their terms, do not use it to train models.
- Our email provider delivers transactional emails.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security and speed.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and one anonymous cookie for first party analytics. No advertising cookies.
Retention
Your account data stays while your account is open. Generated media may be removed 90 days after it was created. When you delete your account we delete your uploads, projects and generations within 30 days, keeping only what we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. Most of it you can manage yourself from the account page; for anything else email [email protected].
