Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ChrisRevenue AI (the "studio"), run by ChrisRevenue. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the studio.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and confirm that when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account.

2. What the studio does

The studio helps you write short story scripts, generate images and video clips with third party AI models, and stitch those clips into a finished video. Outputs are generated by machine learning systems and can be wrong, odd or unusable. We do not promise any particular result, any number of views, or any income.

3. Credits

Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of every action is shown before you start it. Credits are deducted when a job is created and returned to your balance automatically if the job fails. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money except where our Refund Policy says otherwise.

Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Top-up credits never expire while your account is open.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page and you keep access, and any remaining credits, until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices can change; we will show the new price before it applies to you. Our Refund Policy explains when a refund is available.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. By uploading a photo, a garment or a product image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us a licence to store and process it only to run the studio for you.

You own the images and videos the studio generates for you, to the extent the law allows, and you may use them commercially. We may keep generations to run the service, support you and improve reliability, and we may delete generated media 90 days after it was created.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the studio to create content that depicts real public figures or celebrities, sexual content of any kind, anyone under 18, or anything hateful, harassing, violent or illegal. Do not upload photos of people without their permission. The full rules are in the Content Policy, which is part of these terms. We can refuse or remove any generation and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. Third party models

Images and video are produced by third party model providers. Their availability, quality and pricing can change, and we may switch models at any time. We are not responsible for outages at those providers, though credits for failed jobs are always returned.

8. Termination

You can delete your account from the account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse or fraud.

9. Liability

The studio is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ChrisRevenue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the studio after a change means you accept it.
