Refund Policy

Short version: you will never pay for a generation that failed, subscriptions can be cancelled any time, and unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days.

Failed generations

If an image or video job fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically within seconds. You do not need to ask.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used any of that period's credits, email [email protected] and we will refund the charge in full.

Top-ups

Top-up credits never expire. If you bought a top-up by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable.

What is not refundable

Credits that were spent on generations that completed, even if you did not like the result. AI output varies; regenerate, adjust the prompt, or try another scene.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first. We answer quickly and we would rather fix it than argue with a bank. Accounts that file chargebacks for credits they used may be closed.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the charge date. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
